Not even worried about this high gain this morning. I get complaints about looking too thin. Even the friendly garbage truck guy gave me a hint about it recently. Feel I should focus on lots of protein, moderate fat, and some low carb vegs for good throughput.

New knowledge. Fasted cardio good for building fat burning ability. Muscle building should be done after a high protein meal. Will keep that knowledge close to heart in the weeks ahead.

Your doing so well. I remember when I was losing weight, some people thought I was too thin. I was far from it, I think our fat did skin needs to adjust for a year after we get to goal to really look like we should. Congratulations! I wish I could send ya my squash and tomatoes I got in the garden lol. Not very carnivore.
