It's been s long time - tried a long time not weighing each day - gained a half - everything going well - work home life keeping me from following and participating much - bummer - I hope everyone doing well - on vacation for 4 days and will check in - had days since weighing of beer ice cream and followed up day with eating well - hope everyone doing good - living the dream / hope you are - I wanted to say when u get healthy , jealousy , some ugly stuff comes with it as much as positive - unfortunately it comes with territory - I have told people I know I am doing it for longevity , for them as well to enjoy as I do - the package changes but not the inside - Thanks for the support back at you - much success to all - God Bless
