Been bad boy - too much ice cream , beer , bread and some cheese , desserts - No regrets , just life - I am going on my no sweets for sure monday , little or no cheese , ice cream I'll cut it for a week , see what happens - bread crept in this week and have to have a little here or there -

Had today shrimp buttered hot sauce, cabbage ( this is a winning vegy for me ) , Chinese green beans , diet soda , chicken wings no breeding in hot sauce , dessert Chinese mousse - I don't worry because I control my inputs and know my consequences - fs101 - 1 day is today and tomorrow is a new beginning each day -

This week on eating list are and is cabbage soup , , Chinese stirvfry whatever protein I got with onions , broccoli , tomatoes , celery etc- pulled pork , ribs or meat variance , whipped cream 1carb sugar , almonds , salad with tomatoes , cucumbers , ranch , pork rinds , raw cucumbers , raw tomatoes , broccoli , green beans , rotisserie chicken - hard boiled eggs - hot sauce - Arby's gyros roast beef with extra pickles is really only processed carb I'll eat this week - I don't really lose well with fried eggs but love them - not this week

If I eat anything else I'll let you know /

I hope everyone doing well and not stressing - we all go up at a point and down also - all you gotta do is figure out why it goes up or down for yourself and learn how to compensate -
