Enough of this stuff, It's Friday, I'm in love I love Fridays!! I had a really nice drop this week!! I think changing it up to OMAD really helped get me past the stall quicker. I am still having trouble with my fat intake compared to my protein. I really like lean meats, like chicken breast and pork, and that does not help at all. I just have to start adding more butter or some kind of condiments I guess. There are days that I am spot on, then there are days where I am way off. I need new pants again, and I have looked at the goodwills and thrift stores, but they dont have any in my size. I hate belts, but I guess I will have to break down and get one. I just feel trapped when I wear a belt! I really dont have much today, besides getting past my stall!!! Today I will pray for my car, I need it fixed, but dont have the money to do it. I will pray for my attitude towards my boss, I will pray that the Lord softens my heart and gives me peace. I will pray for continued success for everyone. I will pray for humility and grace. I will pray that this day is the best one yet. In Jesus name, Amen!! Have a wonderful Friday everyone!!!

Your positive attitude lifts me up every time I read your posts. Your prayer for help with your attitude towards your boss reminds me I need to do the same with some people in my life! You’re doing great and are an inspiration to me! Happy Friday! Enjoy the weekend 😊😊😊😊!!!!

Awesome Attitude and a great post! I have to add fat in as well because I just end up picking low fat foods and it is what I gravitate to. So I look at cheese and avocado to help in meal planning. I hope you have a great weekend and enjoy your adventure.

Nice drop Klynn! LOL I ended up investing in a belt. It allowed me a few more sizes on my pants before I walked out of them! LOL 🙋🏻

mayo, dukes is a good way to add fat, deviled eggs instead of regular eggs are great, many ways to add oils and fats. dry cold leftover chicken is vastly improved with a little mayo.

I add mayo to lots of things. My favorite is Hellmans. Or if you are on the west coast Best Foods, same company.

hellmans is good but it has sugar in it or at least over here it does. dukes is no carb

What I have right now is Kraft, it has no carbs. I also have a garlic aioli that I really enjoy by Kraft as well. Its great with anything.

Great job! Even though getting clothes is a pain, it is nice when you need smaller ones!

I missed you while I was gone! I make my own mayo:

Also, I love Bulletproof Coffee, because I would not get enough fat nor calories if I didn't drink it!

Not everyone has time for all that, but some things are worth it!
