Made the pancakes into a muffin, added chia and vanilla and baking powder. It’s okay. Reminds me of this nasty cake thing my mom made when I was a kid. I think it came from WW. Good to try, five packets to go. Maybe we add cocoa powder next time, undercook and call it a flourless cake?
That wasn’t a WW slam. The 70’s (I’m guessing) brought the world some nasty recipes. Lime jello with tuna, anyone? Oddly enough, I do still like jello with cottage cheese in it. I wouldn’t make it, but it was better than this morning’s muffin. Second breakfast in an hour. Oatmeal!!!! Thank goodness.
