Woke at 202.6, the same as yesterday. This was a great result, considering that I got hungry late last night and ate a huge block of cheddar cheese and some baked broccoli snacks. Both were recorded on today's food log, which makes about 500 calories unavailable. I foresee a lot of veggies today! UPDATE: Ate 2361 calories because a big slab of corned beef was 700 plus and then I went a little crazy with the ranch dressing on a big kale salad (70 grams = 327 calories!) So add that 1000 to the 550 I entered the day with after snacking last night and I didn't really do too bad. Let’s hope Dr. Jason Fung is right again about macros vs. calories! Kept the carbs largely under control. Walked five miles today, a mile at a time, but sat on my rear working on my laptop for the rest of day so I only burned 2821 calories. At least the Fitbit didn't go nuts on over-reporting mileage as it did yesterday. See you tomorrow!

Hi Bill - I just tried the almond flour bread/toast - amaaaazing results!! I made it in a large ramekin, it rose perfectly, the size of an english muffin (only 2 times as high). Sliced it into 4 even rounds and toasted a few and had a few just with butter. I always try these paleo or keto recipes, and there only a few that have really turned out - this is one of them. Thanks for sharing.

I made almond bread to your exact recipe this morning, Bill, and it was really good. So good, in fact, I just ate it with some butter while it was still warm. Only half though as I find it really filling. I'll have the other half with my lunch.
