Woke at 215.6, up .8 from yesterday. Targeting 2069 calories today. Going to keep an eye on this mid week stretch of full calorie days. If I end up putting on too much weight, I may consider fasting on Wednesdays, too (making my 600 calorie days on M-W-F) and eating a little more on the other four days. UPDATE: Ate at 2 and 7 pm with coconut oil coffee at 9. Walked five miles before dinner. Got a 211.6 weigh in. Didn't think I would go lower than yesterday's 211.0, but didn't think I’d get this close either. Ate the full calorie load today and close on macros. A MASSIVE bowl of that veggie soup was only 139 calories but 12 of my net carbs, so the final 35 net carb total was not too bad.
