Woke at 211.4, down .8 from yesterday. Moved a lot of water and waste, but more to go today. It's a 5:2 IF day, so 600 calories for dinner or maybe coconut oil in coffee if I need it before that. Also will do HIIT exercise today. UPDATE: Did HIIT weighted squats after noon. Doubled the sets to two minutes each with two minutes of rest in between. Felt like a better workout. Got a 208.6 weigh in afterward. Will weigh in again before dinner where I will break today's fast.
