Ugh, my gut issue has caught up with me again due to massive amounts of stress from a family crisis. Switching to bread, broth and applesauce for a couple of days until it settles again. Will see if I can tolerate some soft chicken breast. So strange that the things that generally serve to make me healthier; veggies, fruit and fiber, can have such a negative effect when my body goes into this mode. Must rest, relax and meditate until it passes. Gentle exercise, which is funny because I had great plans for the yard this weekend. I might still be able to work on the composting project.
