Woke at 211.4, down 1.2 from yesterday. Calves are thin again -- water pooling left overnight. Will fast until 11 am after which I need to eat and drive to a doctor's appointment. Working from home in the morning and will try to get that late morning fasted workout in while I'm working. May get me back into the 208-209 area. Targeting 1655 calories today. UPDATE: Got busy on work and did not get the workout in this morning. Will do it later in the day.

Have a good day Bill. I'm getting back into IF recently, hopefully it'll help get me get back on the downward path. That and better discipline, lol.
