Is that a lettuce bun? That’s my fave/preference! I love having my veggie burger with a lettuce bun instead of bread, it’s much more refreshing and satisfying!

Hi Sternfan! Yes I used Romaine lettuce for both sides but it wasn’t quite wide enough and it was kind of sloppy. I just had another burger for lunch and I used a low-carb wrap and it worked out pretty well.
