Notes for me, nothing to see here, move along.
Kept moving all day, no television until after our walk, did the whole 3.6 miles and went faster today since it wasn’t humid. Have increased VO2 from 26 to over 27 in one month. Used to be higher, trying to figure that out. Guess i was faster than I thought before. Will not be running though, so we’ll see how far we can get with this. Didn’t swim today, arms were a little off today, so decided to focus on the indoor projects so i can enjoy the day tomorrow. I was reading some of my very old journals for fitness stats and didn’t find any of the VO2 numbers. All i have is what’s in my phone.

Clothes. Moving into the 8’s, 10’s fitting differently. Some of the pieces i have with structured waists are fitting better. Thinking about donating most of the jeans i bought last year or cutting them into shorts. Maybe both.

Running out of time to choose a piece of equipment for annual workout credit. Might do a skiERG, but i need a place to install it. Love, love, love my rowERG, so it would be a nice complementary piece. Will need to research cost footprint, storage, etc. I was going to join our little local neighborhood gym, but it seems to be more of a social gathering spot. Not interested in driving, my life is complicated enough already. What I’d really like to do is hire a couple huge guys to move all of my equipment around and build out a gym. My friend wants me to get one of those fancy machines that hangs on the wall, but they all have a subscription and I’m not into it. I think one is called Tonal. Wish I could spend the money on a used piece, I’d get a cable machine, but that’s not in the rules. Could do basic bar and some plates. Need to see if refurbished would be covered, that would open up some options. Might not do anything if it gets too complicated.

Anyways, time for sleep. Zzzz.
