Woke at 210.2, which is not bad after happy hour last night. Had four beers and a mini-burger. Got another one tonight where I will exercise similar restraint. Lunch out today but at a Peruvian chicken place so it will be all protein. Targeting 1630 calories to accommodate a small spike from yesterday but may not make that. Have a good one!
