Woke at 230.7, down 1.9 from yesterday. That was a pleasant surprise. I did move out a lot of water yesterday despite going over calorie targets. UPDATE: Down to 230.5 by noon as the water is finally moving out. That might be it for the day as I ate a big lunch. UPDATE 2: I actually got to 230.1 before dinner. Considering how I ate this month, that's a win.
