Woke at 215.2 this morning. That's sort of weird because I didn't eat anything after getting a 214.8 after working out last night. Did have a few iced teas, though. Eating light today.

Sometimes my weight day to day doesn't seem to follow what's logical, I blame it on gremlins. :) Have a great weekend.

Water is sneaky, isn't it? But 8oz of water is still half a pound until you pee it out later. Two glasses is one pound, so there you have it.
