Woke at 222.7, up 1.0 from yesterday after a day of nearly doubling my target calories. I also nearly doubled my calorie burn, so I guess that worked out! Back home and on plan today. UPDATE: I ate some cottage cheese for lunch and then didn't eat again until 8 pm. I went to the doc to get checked out after work as I've had a sore throat and cold symptoms for a week. I did not have strep throat and otherwise checked out fine. I weighed 221.8 before I ate.
