Are these more of your home-grown greens? Looks rich and delicious.

It’s half home grown, half bagged until I get through what I have and figure out how to keep a full plate from the home grown. Will take some trial and error. The taste difference is pretty pronounced.

Mature greens take up lots of space in a garden, don't know what you're situation is.

I’ma horrible person. I like to eat the babies. I have a little hydroponic garden with twelve pods on my counter. Each one holds one to two plants. It’s about 18”x 12” and it has LED grow lights. I’m probably the only person in SoCal growing greens and not the other green. 🙄

There are many horrible people in the world, but eating baby greens definitely does not make you one of them.
