Woke at 226.6, up .4 from yesterday. Today is Jason’s birthday. I ate a homemade cinnamon roll with coffee for breakfast. Tonight we will do our traditional birthday meal at Mama Stella’s, a place I’ve been going to since 1983, and Jason has gone to his entire life (now 32). A piece of birthday cake will follow, plus a bit of champagne. UPDATE: Got to 225.0 by 12:30.
