It's coming down! You are persistent! I am taking that you prefer the FMD to anything else you have tried? It seems to work for you.

It works great but I'm not sure it's the food selection of the lower calories. I do it one week a month for a reset. Based on the book The Longevity Diet. I want more protein than this for the rest of the month though!

Oh I see, it's like fasting for one week out of the month only using very low calorie each day. This is why I need to hang around ... to reset my brain. Ha Ha! Thanks.
