Woke at 223.7, down .3 from yesterday. My strange weight reduction after my vacation is continuing. UPDATE: Got to 223.0 by lunchtime. I wonder if the different food during my vacation might have altered my gut microbiome. I'm happy with the slow, consistent loss either way. UPDATE 2: I took another nap after work and woke at 222.9. Ate another burger and a smoothie.

Hi Tom. yes unexpected. This is a faster recovery than I had hoped for and I’m trying to figure out what the difference is. I also find that I’m staying full much longer I’m not really getting hungry.
