Woke at 225.0, up 2.1 from yesterday after a seafood feast last night and some drinks with friends at home. Got to 224.5 by noon and ate some chicken breast. Going on camping event this weekend, so I'm not sure what will be provided.

Had a legit dinner tonight with tons of great food. Also tons of exercise today I’ll burn about 4200 cal by the end of the day. Tomorrow should be much worse. As we undergo a number of special forces exercises. Having a great time.
