Long walk last night, 3.56 miles, good clip. Puppy class tonight, I committed to walking with the group, will try and get a treadmill workout in before or do hills when I get home. Busy again, but making sure I get this in. I've increased activity, need to up my veggies at dinner to offset hunger later at night.
