protein waffles w/PB2, low sugar blackberry preserves on top with a few real blackberries smashed in. overall, pretty savory because I'm not an over the top sugar fiend anyways.

Hi, Kat! Land is doing very well, thank you! I have to post a photo :-) The only trouble with her is that she got afraid of other dogs when she was a puppy and now she jumps and wants to run away whenever she sees a dog in the distance. We can tell she also wants to get closer to them (she tries, but from a distance), so it's really a pity. We are giving her treats on those occasions, so she gets to associate dogs with good things, little by little.

I'll write you a longer note later, Eva. Not all is lost, she's at the age where they develop fear. She needs a friend about the same age as her and you need to introduce them with an experienced dog person. Nose to butt, not nose to nose. I'll send you something later.
