Morning weigh in of 222.6 after a halfway decent eating day but with extra snacks at the end of the day. At least under RDI for the first time since last Thursday! Having too much fun with out of town visitors in September (and this coming weekend will be the same). Tanita numbers show that it is extra water from sodium and carbs. October will be a 'get back on track' month.

Your body water percentage is firmly in the appropriate range 58 ± 8% (more muscle means more water). I think dumping that last 5.3% BF will be a tough challenge. A month or two of heavy lifting will help add a kilo or 2 of lean mass (and water) but will really help pull down the BF too. Have you tried IF? One day a week go breakfast to breakfast without eating. That coupled with an occasional carb up can help get through some sticky points. How's the sodium tracking going? I had a huge dose at lunch and I can feel the bloat already.

What's your opinion on beef? I'm finding it to be a good low sodium meat. I like to try to keep my protein grams above 250 g daily. I would like to be closer to 300 g but it is hard to eat that much. What about fish? Do you have a go to fish that hit's the spot?
