Morning weigh in of 204.4. Down .4 from yesterday morning with slightly better body composition numbers. Did not work out last night due to some paperwork I needed to get done, but walked over five miles yesterday so got a nice 2700 calorie burn. Targeting about 1900 calories today and will lift weights and do HIIT treadmill tonight.
