Morning weigh in of 204.8. Still need to lose 3.5 pounds of water. Had three beers and a 100 calorie flaxseed bun yesterday, which kept the carbs a bit high. Nailed my calorie goal though. Targeting around 1950 calories today.

I have been finding that celery juice is great for helping me ditch the water due to its high potassium/low kcals. Other foods super high in potassium include carrots and beet roots as well as sun dried tomatoes (they are the highest but the most expensive too!)
