Woke at 222.2, down 1.0 from yesterday. Weighed 222.6 after 16:8 IF. Ate some salmon and broccoli and will spend lunchtime out in the sun. UPDATE: Got to 221.0 by 5 pm (lost the water I'd gained over the last 24-48 hours). UPDATE 2: It's my birthday, so Denise and Jason surprised me with a Coldstone Chocolate Devotion sundae. So good. Tomorrow we are going out to Luciana's Steakhouse, so this will be two high-calorie days I'll have to work through!
