I buy fresh, have high moisture in the fridge drawers, squeeze out the air in any bags and usually I can get five days, max. I’ve been buying on Fridays lately because I get fresher food than waiting for the weekend. I also live in California where a lot of this stuff comes from. I do have a little food fresh thing in one of my drawers.
