Woke up at 204.2, finished my 16:8 fast, and had a small steak salad. Ate nothing else but three black coffees and two cups of water. Came home to find I weighed a pound more than this morning at 205.4! Ate under 1200 calories today. Weights tonight and then tomorrow will wrap up with 16:8 fast and an hour on the treadmill. Maybe will hit 202 or 203 to wrap up the month.

Do you normally weigh more in the evening or does it vary because of your 16:8 and exercise routine? Also, do you record the lowest of the day or the registered weight from a specific time of day? I’m a morning weigh and record person even if I check throughout the day for fluctuations.

I may try a mid week weigh-in schedule after the June 1st one. And maybe on that day choose the lowest weight that registers (regardless of the time of day). I like the idea of increasing the odds in my favor. But I must get to work. Thanks for sharing.

A pint of water equals ~ a pound, so your gain doesn't seem unusual.

I've seen the same type fluctuation, especially as I got nearer my goal weight. It looks like you're right on track to busting that 200 number in a couple of days!

I find I get more accurate results if I weigh in the morning before eating or drinking. I don't always do it though and get the same kind of fluctuations.
