Woke at 225.3, down 1.6 from yesterday. Yesterday I only drank coffee, green tea, and sparkling water. I will eat according to FMD today, but I have a happy hour from 6-10 tonight. UPDATE: Took Denise to work and then got my blood drawn. I came home and did another weigh-in before eating or drinking anything. Got to 224.7. I broke the fast at about 32 hours with some breakfast. UPDATE 2: Moved Denise out of her school for the summer and came home to a 223.9 weigh-in. I ate some broccoli for lunch. UPDATE 3: Weighed 225.2 at 5 pm, so the pre-lunch weight is today's low. On my way down to DC for a happy hour. Found out today we are getting off for Juneteenth tomorrow. Happy new holiday!
