Woke at 224.0, down 1.1 from yesterday. Took a 5K walk at a fat-burning heart rate. Came back at 222.2. Broke the five-day FMD with a large omelet and some tortillas. UPDATE: I felt wiped out by about 3. I laid down and ended up napping until 5:15! Where did my day go? Denise had ordered dinner from the Silver Diner, so liver and onions arrived a half-hour later. Pretty sweet. Weighed 223.1 post-nap.
