Vaccine last night, nothing overwhelming, but I feel puffy in my abdomen which is not one of the side effects. Doubt they're related, but whatever. Did not walk or swim or do much of anything last night, just tried to get in my steps and made it to 6800. Not bad. A little low energy. At least it's a workday and not the weekend.

The "loss" seems to be mostly water, guess I'm dehydrated and will work on that immediately. Muscle down, water down, blob up even though no reason for that either. Will hopefully normalize during the day.

We'll call this, "anatomy of a dog sneeze." Note the position of the nose. Fairly sure he'd be embarrassed that I'm sharing these very undignified pics. These are clips from a single "live" shot that just happened to capture the moment.
