Woke at 232.6, up 1.1 from yesterday. Crazy water retention. Fasted until 3:30 because I had to have blood taken at 2:15. After that, I had a meeting with my urologist and got the news that the Luteinizing hormone and Prolactin markers I saw in my last blood test with him were actually not as far off as I expected. I frankly was hoping to find a secret key to my difficulty in keeping the weight off. Nope. Healthy after all and just old. Not giving up, though. I moved out a lot of the water during the fast and weighed 229.8 before eating at 3:30. That was the low for the day. Targets for March 2021 are 1700 calories a day consisting of 50 carbs, 150 protein, and 100 fat grams, give or take. Have a great month!
