Woke at 226.4, up 1.5 from yesterday. Going back to 16:8 fasting, low carbs and fat, and prioritizing protein. UPDATE: Fasted until 2 pm. I got a 224.0 weigh-in before eating! I used a narrower, deeper pan and did a ground beef and egg omelet that worked out well. Dinner will be HelloFresh. UPDATE 2: Up to 224.3 by 5:30. Hanging in there!
