Woke at 232.8, up 1.8 after some late-night eating that included pasta and a double burger (on lettuce). But I still topped out at about 1825 calories yesterday because I did OMAD. Fasting for most of the day today. UPDATE: Fasted until dinner and got to 230.6 by 5 pm. Denise is doing meatloaf (no bread) and salad. I'll have a little of that.

Gm Drag I go for like 6 hours thats between breakfast and dinner but that's about all I can stand how long did it take for you to get to the point where you could go that long without eating
