It was good, but it was supposed to be shrimp and I couldn't find the bag in the freezer. I guess I used the last bit and forgot! I hate that.

Ugh, scale shows results this morning, shrimp was definitely the better choice, but we'll figure my body needed the healthy salmon fats twice this week. Life goes on. I did cut the big piece of fish into two, but up a little this morning.
