Medium walk last night, no swim, overall weight holding. Blob down slightly, as is water and muscle. Went a little over on calories yesterday, too, but it was worth it for pasta. Hoping to get into the pool tonight, but just got a call that says this day is going to be nuts yet again. Is what it is. Yesterday was a little weird in that we didn't run into any people that we knew out on the walk. Strange days, strange nights. Don't think there was anything going on, but who knows? I text enough friends during the days that I know everyone is alive and well.

For my own personal recording of thoughts: caught myself on the cameras last night reviewing footage for someone putting something in my yard. The cool thing about video is that it is unforgiving. You can pose and suck in your gut for a picture, but video shows the real body. pretty pleased. butt is still kinda flat, but I can work on that with dolphin kicks and more hills on walks. Just gotta get through September first. My abdomen is flatter, my posture is better and I have my swimmer's shoulders back. Progress. Not cutting hair yet.
