Upped my protein this past week, trying to get in the pool every day even if I don't swim (bands, water aerobics, squats). Not sure what's going on with the distribution, suspect I am building muscle because I'm actively working that, but the overnight gain is more likely water. The overall indicators are that muscle is going up, blob going down. The crazy part of this is that the place it's showing most is my abdomen. I've been focusing there more and it's working. Birthday today, have to navigate carefully. Don't want to undo what I've been working on. Fins will be here tomorrow, groceries arrived yesterday, life is good. Although I need to figure out if you can freeze tabouli because there's a lot of it. That was definitely an impulse purchase. I'll bet it tastes good with cold salmon though. I'm having my beautiful croissant for brunch in a little bit.

I caved and turned on the AC for a bit this morning. The fans that pull the cool air into the house at night were reversed and it was 78 when I woke up. Will swim later. Might do an hour to make up for some off plan eating I'm going to do today. Not going overboard, just a little sideways. I guess the upside of pandemic is that I have more time to focus on me because the external options are limited. Go figure. Our local numbers are looking better, so if people don't screw it up, things should relax a little soon.

Finally, grapes from my yard! First time they got all the way to ripe and they're yummy. Going to eat some, freeze some. And they're organic because I had no clue they were there.

I went back to the old neighborhood including the fruit stand. Lychees, chayote, jack fruit, star fruit, prickly pear and ginger in my basket. Going to be a flavorful week.
