Did pretty good today until the wife showed up with Boy Scout caramel corn late in the day. Had a solid cup and a half of the marvelous stuff. That blew my net calorie deficit (less than my target 1000 today). Fasting tomorrow, so back on track we go!

Naughty wife! Maybe she likes you a little softer round the edges :) No worries, there is always 'tomorrow'. I did fab yesterday, real low cal, and the scale was nicer to me today than I really expected (191 or 193 depending on which scale, so you know which one I picked) I will try to do the same today and then be 'normal' - don't want to go into 'starvation mode' - lol as if I could with all this bleedin' fat on me!
