Woke at 231.7, up .4 from yesterday. Staycation week. Slept in until 11 after binge-watching some TV last night. Starting with black coffee and cream. I am going to do more yard work today, so I will sweat out some water. UPDATE: Did another three hours plus of yard work today. Got to 225.2 at 5 pm. Only drank fluids. I know it's just water being squeezed out, but it feels good to be back in the 220s. It will be interesting to see what happens by morning. About to eat some dinner at 6:30. Leftover burgers tonight.
