Yep, your low cal/fasting days really work. And yes I am an early bird. Most days at my desk my 7:30 am but then I get to leave at 3:30 pm. Love this job BP, never had a job with hours like it. I did a lower cal day but not as low as you, about 700 cals, but it does work to go lower for a couple of days then to eat more regular-like. How is the weather in DC and how are you doing today?

We have sunshine - yah. Nice though that your daughter is coming home for a while and a chat with your son? Life is indeed good. Your kids won't recognize you, that's for sure. Enjoy your day at work.
