Woke at 222.8, up 1.4 from yesterday. Started with weights, water, and black coffee. Ate some Brussels sprouts and a protein drink for lunch. Got to 224.4 at 4:30. Ate a ham, cheese, broccoli, and cauliflower casserole for dinner. I have been using my stand up "doctor's" scale since the Tanita died, so looking forward to getting my new BIA scale today or tomorrow. I need to start tracking body fat and muscle mass again!
