Woke at 221.2, up 2.4 from yesterday. Big day of eating led to a significant daily gain. No workout this morning, but I'm going to go outside and trim some branches later. Fasting today. UPDATE: Did a solid three hours of cutting branches and clearing brush and got an equivalent workout to last Sunday. Fitbit says I walked five miles and did 10 thousand steps! Workout day off, indeed! I came in the door at 5 pm at 218.2. Looks like I sweated out that extra water.
