Seafood medley in take home pasta sauce from Buona Forchetta. Spinach because I ate bread at lunch. Not a self-compliment because I didn't make the sauce, just heated it up, but this is a-maz-ing. I don't even need the pasta. I'm not going to buy sauce in the store ever again. It's a little more expensive than the stuff in a jar, but wow. Swam and did some strength training in the pool. We walked around South Park at lunch, such a nice day.

I forgot I have spaghetti squash in the house. Guess what we're having for dinner? Mmmmmm... If you had to pick one thing to eat forever, for me, it wouldn't be chocolate, it would be a solid spaghetti sauce on pasta with homemade meatball. At this point in my life, I could make it work with spaghetti squash and/or spinach instead of pasta.
