Woke at 228.0, down 1.0 from yesterday. Inching down... UPDATE: Ate lunch of salmon, caesar salad, and two craft beers at one of our local tap houses. That added to a massive whoosh day. Lots of walking today, too. Pre-dinner weigh-in was 224.6. Went over on calories today due to the lunch and eating extra at dinner to hit the protein macro I wanted.
