Woke at 234.4, down 1.8 after some water movement yesterday. It certainly was not because of low calories or carbs, as it was another day of snacking. My daughter Emily, my co-conspirator, is heading back to Chicago today. We had a great week-long visit. Going back to Luciana's for brunch on the way to the airport. That should be the last big meal of the month for me. UPDATE: Big brunch but that was the last meal of the day. Weighed 235.4 before bedtime.
