Crazy storms last night, no walks, no pool. Missed it. I did suffer the treadmill boredom for thirty minutes and then did some twisting on the board. One of my hips is bugging me this morning, it's not the treadmill. I sat for a very long time yesterday and I think I've got some bursitis going on. I'm putting a stickie up on the monitor to sit straight, get up, move around, etc. Got up a little early and cleaned up all the yard debris from my house and the neighbor's. They're new, so hoping they either don't notice, or appreciate it since I just went up there and grabbed the palm fronds. People are weird though. I already had a bin full, was in work mode, so why not? Carb burning, too, if I'm running around doing yard cardio for twenty five minutes. Still going swimming today. Need the mental calm.

Spaghetti is gone. Had it for lunch and dinner. No meat protein last night, hungry this morning. Calories were high yesterday, will pull it back today.

With the the holiday feasting season coming up, I think I'm going to notch back my normal daily intake to 1200 through the end of the year. That should allow some drinks and desserts at the parties with no permanent damage to the scale.
