Woke at 222.2, down 1.6 from yesterday. Three more days of the fasting mimicking diet to round out the month. UPDATE: Weighed 220.8 when I got home from work at about 7:30. Ate some veggies and Nordic nut and seed bread with pure almond butter (no other ingredients but the nuts).

Read your profile about peaking at 335..it is very inspirational reading what you did and the research you did in weight loss. I have fairly high blood pressure so that triggered me to lose weight. The stress of work was also affecting me so I actually had to quit my job and focus on health to lose the initial 50lbs. I will definitely look at the algorithm for weight loss.
