Holding, but I didn't get as much normal exercise this weekend with other things going on. I cleaned the condo, cleaned the house, decorated for Halloween and ran around, but the calories don't log the same and neither did the weight. Last weekend was better with the hard manual labor hauling tree parts. It went from 90+ last week to cold and windy all weekend, and then there's the darkness. Not a huge fan of that, but will pull through. I've only swam 8 times this month, hoping work slows a little so I can get some pool time in daylight. I guess that's up to me to schedule.

Had chicken pot pie meal yesterday since it was late, I was right there and there was parking. Took home half of everything (except mixed veggies-ate all of those), will eat it for lunch or dinner. Probably dinner so I can heat it up properly. I used to be able to put away the whole thing, that's pretty scary. I needed that reset. Meals like that are why I log. I used commercial versions of everything to max out the calories, etc. If I didn't log, I would have forgotten about the extra calories today and probably picked at it until it disappeared.

Will try and get some "snowboarding" in during some of these longer calls today. Onward!

Is anyone else having issues with the phone app syncing with the full browser one? I entered my dinner on the phone last night. A lot was not here this morning. I just went and reentered what I could remember that wasn't showing up. I"m also overestimating on my lunch today. Just to make sure it doesn't affect the rest of the week.
