Woke at 227.6, down 2.2 from yesterday. Water and black coffee fast until dinner, where I will eat about 500-700 calories. Trying to finish the month strong and on my daily calorie goal of 1640 (or at least close to it). Birthday party on 8/31 will blow that, but I'll get close. UPDATE: Checked in at 1 pm and got to 227.0. Looking forward to my pre-dinner weigh in. UPDATE: Even lower before dinner. I was actually truly hungry and ate some veggies with extra virgin olive oil primarily. Did 50 gram of EVOO, which I suspect is equivalent to 50 ml. I was shocked that FS counted that as 400 calories, but that's what I logged. I have a business lunch tomorrow, but will stick with veggies, probably a salad. Then I will fast again on Friday and may even take it overnight to Saturday to prep for the birthday party I will be attending.
